I have been disappointed recently with the fact that the reusable green bags that they had at the till that were 35 cents at the beginning of december are now $2. This was as soon as they took away the option for plastic bags. Also, I was just in and the customer service seems to be slipping. They used to bag your items in your reusable bags. Now it seems they are no longer doing that.

For a small location like Ladysmith having a place like Save on Foods is great. The selection is wonderful and their weekly sales are great and affordable in today's market where food inflation has skyrocketed. The employees 90 percent of the time are friendly and go out of their way to help you find an item or even take your groceries to the car for you. We recently got a Country Grocer in town but they don't even come a close second to shopping at Save on Foods. If you live here and have never been or are just passing through I recommend that you give this store a shot and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Went to save on for corn. They were out of fresh so I settled for packaged. They looked decent but when I went to boil them when I got home they were rotten. It would be $20 gas to return them at least and time I didn’t have. Check your produce!!

This store was under construction for a while, and the store is now all nicely renovated, organized, and a great place to shop. I can always count on them for having my favorite International coffee creamer in stock and almost always on sale. Believe me, this is huge 😄 They also have a good selection of on the go food, hot and cold.

Colton.S the most superb employee ever, he helped us find our meat he also helped us find our fries, and found us our best dinner too. He is an astounding example of what an exemplary employee should be. Made us all feel like old friends. I can't say I've had better service anywhere else than with this employee. A Gentleman and a schollar. 10 out of 10 go to this grocery store He should get a raise.

The diversity of their staff is nice to see. I especially want to shout out Wes, the cashier for his demeanor and his capacity to make a disabled person in excruciating pain to be happier.
